Nahteava collects personal information from you when you request information from Nahteava and/or supply, information through the Sites, such as when you fill out a subscription form or consulting expertise inquiry, opt in to receive emails from Nahteava, agree to participate in surveys, or apply for a position at Natheava.

By browsing our Sites and submitting this information to us, you explicitly agree to Nahteava using your personal information for the purposes and in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

  • Nahteava will use your personal information to fulfil your request, provide you with the information you requested and/or send you marketing communications. If you have applied for a job at Nahteava, your data will be processed for the purposes of evaluating and processing your application for the position to which you have applied. We may also use your information to analyze and improve our recruiting and onboarding processes as well as to communicate with you about Nahteava events and to send you publications that we think may be of interest to you.
  • We may collect your personally identifiable information and may disclose such information to third party service providers in aggregate for marketing and promotional purposes. However, in these situations, we do not disclose to these entities any information that could be used to personally identify you.

Analytics and Conversion Tracking

Only authorized Nahteava personnel and third parties described in this privacy policy are provided access to personal information and these employees and third parties have agreed to maintain the confidentiality of this information. Despite these precautions however, Nahteava cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will not obtain access to your personal data.  Your use of our Sites demonstrates your assumption of this risk.

Your Disclosures in Blogs and Other Social Media

You should be aware that personally identifiable information which you voluntarily include and transmit online on the Sites or in a publicly accessible blog, chat room, social media platform or otherwise online, or that you share in an open forum such as an in-person panel or survey, may be viewed and used by others without any restrictions.  Nahteava is not responsible for any action or policies of any third parties who collect information that users publicly disclose in any such forums on the Sites.

The Sites may allow you to sign into and associate your social network accounts including, but not limited to, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, with Nahteava.  If you login to the Websites and/or Service through your Facebook account, connect to a third party service such as LinkedIn or Twitter through an icon or link on the Sites or otherwise link your Nahteava account with a third party service, we may share the contents of your post and associated information (such as your user name, the fact that your connection originated from the Sites, and other relevant usage and diagnostic information) with such third party.  With your one-time consent, we may also send information about the content you watch and your activities on the Sites to such third parties. Once such information is shared, the use of your information will be subject to that service’s privacy policy and this Privacy Policy will not apply.

Children

The Sites are not designed for or directed at children 16 years of age or younger. Nahteava, does not intentionally collect or maintain personal information about anyone under the age of 16, and requests that no such information be submitted to us.

The Sites may contain links to third party websites, including social network sites. Such websites are governed by their own terms of use and privacy policies, which you should review before browsing or submitting information to them. Nahteava is not responsible for the privacy practices of such websites. You can access the most current version of this privacy policy at any time on this site.  Your continued use of the Sites and our services following the posting of any changes to this Privacy Policy means you accept such changes.

Opt-Out Process

All unsubscribe or opt-out requests may be made by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the relevant email. If you would like to update or correct any personally identifiable information that you have provided to us, please contact us by completing our general contact form.

No Rights of Third Parties

This Privacy Policy does not create rights enforceable by third parties, nor does it require disclosure of any personal information relating to users of the Sites.
